The Australian Capital Territory Government funds and provides a First Home Buyer Grant of $7000 to all first-home-buyers. Combined with the Federal Government’s $14,000 First Home Owner Boost, first home buyers of new homes will receive maximum benefits of up to $21,000.

Note: The Federal Government "Boost" grant applies to contracts entered into between 14 October 2008 and 30 June 2009 (inclusive).
